The Collection Bins
We are placing ten 45 gallon collection bins in senior centers across San Antonio. Plastic bags collected will go to Conviva, where they will be woven into mats and donated to Haven for Hope for distribution to those in need. HEB Project
In the summer of 2025, I was able to collaborate with HEB and have them donate 270 reusbale shopping bags for our senior community in Bexar County. In addition, with the help of Guiding Light I hosted an environmental awareness presentation at a bingo event at WellMed one stop senior center in greater San Antonio, where the bags were distrubuted to over 100 seniors.
